Unexpected kindness from the staff

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and genuine warmth. The breakfast was plentiful, featuring both cooked items and pastries, fueling our fun-filled days. We found the spacious room perfect for relaxation and even enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep, thanks to the hallway separating us from the corridor noise.

The wifi coverage was frustratingly spotty, leading to some inconvenience when trying to stay connected. the elevators were often crowded, which made returning to our room a bit of a challenge after long days.

Great pools for kids and fun activities designed for all ages made our family vacation special.

Spacious, clean double room

We had a solid stay, but the diner really wasn't anything to rave about. Loved the big pool with heaps of loungers, though!

The breakfast selection had a nice variety, and the evening meals were freshly prepared with options like salad and cooked meats. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our family feel welcome. Plus, having our special needs son’s autism support dog with us was made easier by their accommodating nature.

My wife says that the pool area could have more supervision for kids.

We had a lovely stay in a spacious apartment with a great kitchen, perfect for our meals. The pool was awesome for the kids, but dining options were hit or miss.

We enjoyed a week-long stay in a cozy double room, complete with a stunning terrace view. The indoor pool provided a refreshing escape from the sun. Dining was a treat, with freshly prepared meals and a helpful staff ready to accommodate dietary preferences. A short walk leads to the beautiful beach.

The lobby area is brightly decorated, with colorful tiles and plenty of seating, making it a lovely spot for us seniors to relax before our day of activities.

More shaded areas by the pool would be nice.

great stay but needs a better pool area supervision

The hotel has a comfortable, friendly atmosphere that made our 7-night stay enjoyable. The staff members offered exceptional service, always ready to assist us with any requests. I appreciated the revamped facilities. the pools were spacious and well-maintained, allowing for a relaxing experience.

Despite the overall positive experiences, I felt that the pool area could benefit from more supervision, especially for children.
